This continuing education program examines high-risk automobile and homeowners liability exposures involving youthful drivers, college students, and household members. Participants review Personal Auto and Homeowners policy language, definitions of insured status, ownership and regular-use exclusions, and umbrella policy considerations to determine how coverage applies or fails to apply-in common family situations such as titled vehicles, co-signed loans, children away at college, shared housing, and non-owned vehicle use.
