  • Understand the history and regulation involving transportation companies of various types and how it has influenced the insurance policies and endorsements that are available to prove financial responsibility of the insured.
  • Understand insurance coverage under auto liability insurance policies, the    underwriting of same, determine the use of endorsements to modify the policy with the tie-in to primary auto liability with MCS90 endorsement attached.
  • Understand how contracts entered into by trucking companies and the use of    endorsements that may be available.
  • Understand the auto physical damage underwriting and insurance coverage     available with consideration of limits, problem areas, sated amount coverage and other coverages that may be available or limitations that affect claims.

Bettye has a love of education and serves as national faculty for The National Alliance (CIC, CRM, Ruble Seminars and CISR), many state and national insurance associations and risk management providers.  She has written several articles and develops educational material on Insurance and Risk Management.  Rough Notes magazine has featured Bettye as their marketing agency of the month and awarded her the “Marketing Agency of the Year 1991”.
