Drone—or, unmanned aerial vehicle—technology is changing so fast that the regulators can’t keep up. As in many states, several statutes are on the books in Florida, with more being proposed. The FAA is trying to determine federal regulations, while the insurance industry struggles with both commercial and personal lines coverages. This session will provide the most current information available on this important and constantly changing subject.
