The term “Estate Planning” has numerous meanings. To some it may mean having a written will. For others, it may be the formation and use of one or more Trusts. For still others, it may be implementing various techniques for the reduction or elimination of estate taxes. This two hour webcast will focus on these items and various areas that individuals can consider for their estate planning needs. In addition to specific planning techniques – that will probably require the use of a competent attorney – the proper issuance of life insurance (ownership, beneficiary, etc.) will also be discussed.
Instructor: Jerry Rhinehart, CIC, CLU, ChFC, RHU
