Session Description:
Whether you already had a remote workforce or the pandemic persuaded you to create one, you will want to adapt your leadership style to this new normal. In the past, we may have done a lot of “management by wandering around" and that was very effective. Clearly, we're not going to be able to use that technique any longer. With work-from-home (or live-at-work) employees, you will want to change the way you communicate, engage, and interact with them. You'll also want to consider how to measure and reward performance in this new environment. This session will help you make the transition to Intentional Leadership.
